We will endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible. Normally this means orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on UK Bank Holidays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

We will send your order in a secure, protected packet and occasionally we may recycle our office envelopes and boxes to minimise environmental impact.

All UK Orders under 1Kg will be sent by Royal Mail first class post unless specified otherwise at checkout. Orders over that will be sent Royal Mail Standard Parcels unless specified otherwise at checkout. All standard international orders will be sent via Royal Mail unless specified otherwise at checkout.

Our shipping prices reflect the cost of posting your order directly to you; we do not aim to make any profit from postage and packaging costs.

Returns

Your right to cancel - Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, digital items once downloading has commenced. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition.

To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely, attach your personalised return label and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you or, in the case of large items delivered by our specialist couriers, contact us using the link below within 7 working days after the date that the item was delivered to you to discuss the return.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.

Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

If your product is not manufactured by us, we encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with each product.

Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of order.

Products subject to misuse and/or mishandling are not eligible for a refund. Missing parts or manuals could result in restocking fees.

Any item returned after 20 days will not be credited and will be the sole property of My Health Coach.

Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. If you wish to place an order with us, please use our secure credit card facility at checkout in our store.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns on items that included Free Shipping will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply.
